Admirals Names Juan Enrique Cadiñanos Moriano as Spain CEO

<p>Admiral Markets Group (operating as Admirals) has appointed Juan Enrique Cadiñanos Moriano as the new Chief Executive Officer for its Spanish operations. The appointment came as an internal promotion, as Moriano was elevated to the role from his previous position of Country Manager.</p><p>Admirals Appoints Spanish CEO</p><p>"I have started in a new position of CEO Spain in Admiral Markets Group!" Moriano wrote in a Linkedin post (translated from Spanish).</p><p>He has been a part of the <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/tag/admirals/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Estonia-headquartered broker</a> for almost seven years. He joined the Spanish offices of the broker in April 2016 and held the Country Manager role until this month.</p><p>He brings a mix of the financial industry and academic experience to the new role at Admiral Markets Group. Along with this role, he also held a position as a Professor between January 2017 and October 2019, first at Academia de Mercados and then at ISBIF. Moreover, he was a Professor at Centro de Estudios Garrigues between October 2009 and July 2011.</p><p>He joined the broker from FCG Europe, where he held the role of Financial Analyst and Corporate Finance for a couple of years. In addition, he maintained a year-long stint at Straticator as a Private Equity Manager, among several other roles in the industry.</p><p>Check out the latest FMLS session on "Talent Acquisition in the Era of Mayhem."</p><p>Admirals Is Expanding</p><p>Admirals, which rebranded from Admiral Markets in 2021, expanded last year by obtaining regulatory licenses in South Africa and <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/admirals-gets-kenyan-license-plans-takeover-in-seychelles/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Kenya</a>. The broker is moving towards taking over a Seychelles-registered securities dealer to strengthen its global operations further.</p><p>Meanwhile, the broker has witnessed several executives exiting their roles in previous months. Two of the most significant departures from the firm were of <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/roman-krutyanskiy-resigns-as-admirals-executive/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Roman Krutyanskiy</a> and <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/jens-chrzanowski-leaves-admiral-markets-after-11-years/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Jens Chrzanowski</a>. Krutyanskiy was Admirals' Country manager for Germany, and Chrzanowski served as the Regional Director of Germany, Austria, Swiss and the Netherlands for more than 11 years. The broker's Regional Marketing Manager, <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/admirals-veronica-imasheva-joins-cerus-markets-as-marketing-director/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Veronica Imasheva</a> also left last November.</p>
