Heads up for the US and Canada moving to daylight savings time this weekend

If you are trading US or Canadian markets check what you will need to do in your own local time to account for the change in the US and Canada, UK (and most of Europe) moves to summer-time on March 27.  The view on daylight saving time from Australia …. well , from one guy at least.
