These two websites are currently scamming people in investing bitcoins. Is there anyway to report it somewhere?

The following two websites are scamming people by asking them to invest in Medical blockchain:

• https://bithorse.net/


• https://pharmablockchain.org/

The scam looks very similar to the one reported on this link: Is https://wincoindc.com is a scam website.

If someone knows how and where to report them, it would be very helpful. Google search didn't help me find anything reliable where these webpages can be red-flagged.
