Can Electrum Multisig Wallet Be Swept?

My understanding is that private keys from the defined number of signatories are needed (i.e. 2/2 or 2/3 etc.) to send a transaction from a multisig wallet, so I'm assuming if one person's private key is lost the wallet can't be swept?
