ISAM Capital Markets Rebrands to iSAM Securities

<p>In a move of a major branding overhaul, ISAM Capital Markets has rebranded as iSAM Securities. The new group name will now cover all four business units: <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/institutional-forex/brokerage/is-prime-reveals-fy21-financials-revenue-hits-379-million/" target="_blank" rel="follow">IS Prime Limited</a>, regulated by the FCA; Hong Kong-regulated IS Prime Hong Kong Limited; IS Risk Analytics Inc, which is regulated in the US by the <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/c/cftc/" target="_blank" id="b5ae3af7-f418-4c65-9082-0c34b44bd668_1" class="terms__main-term">CFTC</a>; and CIMA-regulated IS Prime Markets Limited.</p><p>ISAM Capital Markets Is Now iSAM Securities</p><p>Announced on Tuesday, the rebranding came to create a close alignment between the individual entities and their parent company, iSAM. Furthermore, it will enable the group to introduce a new suite of products.</p><p>The business divisions of the iSAM (<a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/tag/is-prime/" target="_blank" rel="follow">securities, prime, and risk</a>) will now provide services under the wing of the parent company, a systematic hedge fund. The detailed services of the three divisions can be found on new websites: securities.isam.com, prime.isam.com, and risk.isam.com.</p><p>Check out the latest FMLS22 session on "Liquidity Between Retail & Institutional Trading."</p><p>Rebranding to iSAM Securities Is Strategic</p><p>"We wanted to create a new narrative and visuals which are more appropriate for us as we evolve, positioning ourselves as a high-level institutional brand whilst reflecting our association and shared core technology stack with iSAM," said the Head of Marketing at iSPrime, <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/is-prime-names-ben-robinson-as-the-first-head-of-marketing/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Ben Robinson</a>, who was appointed last May in the role. Additionally, the company strengthened its sales team by adding <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/is-prime-hires-natwest-markets-sandeep-nanuwan-for-sales-role/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Sandeep Nanuwan</a> from NatWest to its agency <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/e/execution/" target="_blank" id="60010adb-9e25-4bff-9822-c9210deec853_1" class="terms__secondary-term">execution</a> team last November.</p><p>Robinson added: "From now on, we will lead with the name iSAM Securities in everything we do, with iSPrime, iSPrime Hong Kong and iSRisk positioned as product lines within the group. To elevate the brand further and stand out in the industry, we have also changed our corporate colors from blue to green."</p><p>However, the rebranding did not change the structure of the group. Raj Sitlani will continue to be the Managing Director of iSAM Securities, and Jonathan Brewer will be the Commercial Director. On top of that, the announcement highlighted that the rebranding would also impact the clients.</p>
