European Central Bank interest rate cut expected today, then to cut by 200bp by July 2025

Snippet via Bank of America on what's to come from the European Central Bank in the next year:

  • We expect the ECB to finally start its cutting cycle ... with
    the first 25bp of 200bp by July-2025.
  • We do not expect clear guidance
    on what's next but remain convinced that an inflation undershoot
    would force the ECB's hand.

Its been a long road higher, turnaround Thursday today!
