<p>Australia-headquartered <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/tag/invast-global/" target="_blank">Invast Global </a>further strengthened its executive leadership with the latest addition of Stephen Tudjman as the Global Head of Legal and Compliance. </p><p>He is a legal expert in the legal field and provided financial advice to a range of Australian financial services institutions on <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/c/compliance/" target="_blank" id="569f58ee-534c-44f0-a7cd-f55b0f9a2b2a_2" class="terms__main-term">compliance</a>, regulatory <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/o/obligations/" target="_blank" id="5dbcbf88-8622-4828-a29c-70a680d32fb5_1" class="terms__secondary-term">obligations</a>, and management of regulators. The company strengthened its Prime Services with the hiring of <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/invast-global-hires-andrew-bradshaw-as-head-of-prime-services/" target="_blank">Andrew Bradshaw</a> as the Head and <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/invast-global-onboards-cyrus-poon-as-managing-director-for-prime-services/" target="_blank">Cyrus Poon</a> as the Managing Director, along with <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/invast-global-onboards-matt-harris-as-prime-services-director/" target="_blank">Matt Harris </a>and Harry Fry as Directors.</p><p>Extensive Experience in the Legal Field</p><p>Tudjman joined Invast from AUSIEX, a Sydney-based financial services company, where he was the Head of Legal and Governance for a year and six months.</p><p>He spent a significant time of his career at Ashurst, a 200-year-old law firm, in two tenures. His most recent role at that company was as a Consultant for a couple of years. Previously, he spent more than 19 years with that company in his early career and parted as a Special Counsel.</p><p>His other prominent industry experience was with MLC Australia for more than 11 years as General Counsel for MLC and NAB Wealth.
