<p>Equiti Capital, a forex and contract for difference broker, has hired Tracey Kent, a former Sales Director at MaxxTrader, as a Senior Business Development Manager.</p><p>On Monday, Kent  announced joining the <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/regulation/equiti-group-gets-cysec-license-to-deepen-presence-in-europe/">Equiti Group</a> subsidiary which <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/brokers/equiti-capital-uk-doubles-2021-profits-despite-5-revenue-jump/">doubled its profits </a>in 2021.</p><p>She spent three years and two months as Sales Director at FlexTrade Systems, a multi-asset trading execution and order management solutions provider.</p><p> The executive also helped FlexTrade manged sales efforts for MaxxTrader, the company's multi-asset white-label solution.</p><p>She joined FlexTrade from <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/tag/fxspotstream/">FXSpotStream LLC</a>, a provider of multi-bank foreign exchange aggregation services for forex spot, <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/s/swaps/" target="_blank" id="57f9fe3b-bac0-4398-a6fb-7d64daaa40b3_1" class="terms__main-term">swaps</a> and forwards.</p><p>Additionally, at FXSpotStream, Kent acted as the Executive Director of Sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for one year and three months.</p><p>More on Kent's Industry Experience</p><p>In the last 13 years, Kent has worked in other various sales roles across multiple organizations including at HC Technologies LLC, a premier algorithmic and discretionary trading firm with a speciality in the forex and futures markets.</p><p>During her very brief stint at HC Technologies, Kent was the Head of eFX Sales for Europe and Asia. </p><p>On top of that, between September 2014 and September 2017, she monitored institutional sales across EMEA, Australia and Asia for the online trading company, AxiCorp, now known as Axi. </p><p>She was also the Vice President for Europe and Asia Pacific Sales at California-based fintech company, Integral Development Corporation.</p><p>Kent traces her earliest sales role to ICAP, a London-based global interdealer broker that provides broking, <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/e/execution/" target="_blank" id="60010adb-9e25-4bff-9822-c9210deec853_2" class="terms__secondary-term">execution</a> and information services to wholesale markets. She spent five years, between April 2004 and March 2009, at ICAP as a sales executive.</p><p>Meanwhile, Equiti Capital recently <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/steve-reeves-joins-equiti-capital-uk-limited-as-non-executive-director/">appointed Steve Reeves</a>, an industry veteran with vast experience in the broker-dealer industry, as a Non-Executive Director to its Board.</p><p>In a career spanning over 30 years, Reeves has acted in many critical capacities across various organizations including as Group Financial Director at IFX Group, a financial trading and spread betting firm.</p>
