Shanghai eased restrictions a little but China's capital Beijing has tightened restrictions. Beijing has not yet locked down. 
In Beijing:

    restaurants have closed dine-in services (take away only from Sunday to Wednesday, during China's Labour Day holidays)
    parks, scenic areas & entertainment venues to operate at half capacity during the holiday period - visitors to public spaces will require proof of a negative test
    mass testing will continue
