Can't broadcast multi sig transaction

I was given a redeem script and transaction script in order to get a refund. Upon signing the transaction I get this error, can someone help please as I'm out my depth here? Thanks

mandatory-script-verify-flag-failed (Signature must be zero for failed CHECK(MULTI)SIG operation) (code 16)
