Aris Christoforou Leaves Spotware as Head of Marketing

<p>Aris Christoforou, who joined the Cyprus office of <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/tag/spotware-systems/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Spotware Systems</a> last February as the Head of Marketing, has stepped down from the post and separated from the company. His resignation came <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/spotware-systems-appoints-aris-christoforou-as-head-of-marketing/" target="_blank" rel="follow">less than 11 months</a> after joining the company.</p><p>"Last Friday, the chapter of my career at Spotware Systems has come to an end. I have to say it was an amazing journey, and I am really grateful for that," Christoforou wrote in a Linkedin post. "It has been a pleasure working with such colleagues who have been instrumental in growing my knowledge and abilities."</p><p>However, he did not specify any reason behind his departure from the trading technologies provider. He is also not joining any other company immediately as he actively seeks new roles.</p><p>"I am looking for a new role and would appreciate your support. Thank you in advance for any connections, advice, or opportunities you can offer," Christoforou wrote in a separate Linkedin post.</p><p>Christoforou spent several years in the financial services industry, working with the marketing teams of several brokers. Before Spotware, he had a three-month stint at the Limassol office of AAATrade as a Marketing Manager. He was also a Marketing Executive at PrimeXM for one year and five months.</p><p>He started his marketing career in 2013 outside the trading industry. He first joined a Cypriot motorcycle styling company and spent more than six years there before moving to the brokerage space.</p><p>Other Exits</p><p>Spotware Systems, the provider of the popular third-party trading platform cTrader, witnessed a couple of other exits in the last few months. <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/christina-theodorou-quits-spotware-systems-to-join-skyground-as-coo/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Christina Theodorou</a>, its former Chief Operating Officer, left the company in July to join the Swiss fintech Skyground. Moreover, <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/executives/moves/alexander-geralis-leaves-spotware-launches-fx-brokerage-advisory-firm/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Alexander Geralis</a> parted from Spotware at the beginning of this year to launch his own FX/CFDs brokerage advisory business.</p><p>Meanwhile, Spotware has been enhancing its offering by <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/spotware-introduces-shared-account-feature-to-ctrader-mobile/" target="_blank" rel="follow">adding features</a> to its flagship platform, cTrader.</p>
