<p>The People's Bank of China is expected to set the reference rate for USD/CNY today at 6.9206.</p><p>The Bank is getting a breather from the rapid yuan fall with some US dollar softness. </p><p>Also, it's a holiday in China on Monday, September 12. For the final day of the mid-Autumn festival. </p><p>AKA Mooncake festival.</p>
