Litecoin implemented MimbleWimble extension blocks. Will Bitcoin adopt this privacy upgrade?

Litecoin is a good real world testcase for upgrades into Bitcoin. With the recent announcement of MimbleWimble extension blocks for privacy on LTC. Will Bitcoin adopt such a feature and what would that impact?
